Lucy brings a rare combination to organisational work: Almost two decades of clinical and coaching practice, a background as a former WPP Fellow and advertising strategist, and deep specialism in IFS, trauma-informed approaches, and burnout prevention.

All engagements are bespoke and priced at proposal stage. There is no rate card — every programme is designed around your organisation's specific needs, culture, and goals.
Enquiries are welcomed from senior People leaders, CEOs and founders who have a clear brief and budget in mind.
Due to the nature of Lucy's clinical and intensive practice, organisational availability is limited to a small number of projects per year. If you're looking for a box-ticking wellbeing solution, this isn't the right fit.
