In IFS we recognise we are multiple and all parts of us are welcome. The one simple aim of IFS is to increase your sense of self-love, in order to balance and harmonise your inner system.

The impact of IFS is certainly felt in the therapy room experience, but the practice quickly becomes a sacred source of wisdom, connection and comfort that you can draw upon in all aspects of your life.

  • The underlying concept of IFS is that we all have parts living within us that fulfil both healthy and more extreme roles.

    Life events or trauma, can force parts to take on extreme roles. However, these internal roles are not fixed and can change with time, understanding and processing.

    IFS offers a healing pathway where you can move forward with yoour hopes and dreams instead of feeling at war with yourself, using tried and tested techniques from neuroscience such as memory re-consolidation.

  • IFS is a very experiential modaliy and the best way to understand a session is to experience it first-hand.

    For this reason I am happy to offer trial sessions for new clients so they can try the modality for themselves. Please contact me to book in for a paid, one-off session (there may be a waiting list).

  • The answer to this question differs from client to client. Some clients come for a few months while other incorporate IFS into their lives, self-care and therapy for many years.

  • Sessions are £200 GBP / $260 USD for 55 minutes or £280 / $360 for 90 minutes.
    Sessions take place weekly in the first instance.
