I am located in SE Asia and work with clients all over the world, especially in the UK, US, Canada, Australia and New Zealand. For some locations such as the US I provide coaching only service; this can be discussed during your free consult.

Brilliantly! I have worked exclusively online since 2019 and clients tell me they are delighted to have therapy and coaching online: no commute, comfortable surroundings, pets and snacks on tap. In addition, IFS clients usually close their eyes and get really comfortable for much of our sessions and find home is a very effective environment for this deep work.

I offer in-person corporate events only.

Sessions require a weekly commitment in the first instance.
50 minute sessions are £200 GBP/ $260 USD

I do not take insurance and sessions are billed in advance.

We will complete a short intake form and then we will begin with a conversation about what has brought you to therapy. Next, you will be invited to experience the IFS modality for yourself, beginning with a brief guided meditation and an exploration of your inner world.

The answer to this question differs from client to client. Some clients come for a few months while other incorporate IFS into their lives, self-care and therapy for many years.

I have a no-cancellation policy. Your designated time is your financial responsibility; therefore you agree to pay for your appointment, for the duration of our therapeutic arrangement, regardless of whether you choose to come. You are able to “make up” for cancelled appointments within the week before, during, or after the date of your absence, if our schedules align. I will make every effort to find a time for you. You are not required to pay for sessions that I cancel I will make every effort to alert you of my planned holiday times in advance. In order to reschedule your session, you must give 24-hours notice, otherwise you are responsible for your fee and I cannot reschedule the cancelled appointment.
